Position Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for assisting during a special project. This job entails pulling paper files and verifying all information, scanning, uploading and filing again.

This is highly sensitive information, detailed oriented is crucial for this project.

Support to the Credentialing and Human Resources Department. Healthcare organization, non profit, Federally Qualified Health Center.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of clerical support experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
• Knowledge and proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofing, document formatting and basic math skills.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
