What You'll Do:
In this role, you will utilize agile methods to analyze, define, and document business requirements to deliver valuable software applications that meet the needs of our stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and clarify business and functional requirements for both clients and internal teams through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to break down large epic stories into manageable features and user stories that the development team can understand and approve.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with the agile team throughout the product development process, including testing and implementation phases, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood.
- Backlog Management: Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and organization, as well as user acceptance testing.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering for software development, creating user stories, and product backlog grooming.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment, with a strong agile mindset and familiarity with the Scrum process and the role of the Product Owner.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Scrum certification (like CSM or CSPO) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Location and Other Requirements:
- Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, as this is a remote role with occasional office visits required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship).
